Paddy Wallace admits to 'dark periods' during rehabilitation

Fit-again Ulster centre Paddy Wallace admits that he endured 'dark periods' during his recovery from a serious knee injury.

Wallace is set to return to action for the Irish province in Friday's Pro12 game against Zebre, having already played twice for the Ulster Ravens.

"It's a big relief to have come through those two matches unscathed," commented the veteran centre.
