Rugby World Cup: Stuart Lancaster explains England squad selection
England head coach Stuart Lancaster says "now is the time for the country to get behind the team" after selecting his squad for the 2015 Rugby World Cup, which starts next month.
Rugby league convert Sam Burgess, who only made his union debut in November, has been included in the 31-man squad.
Exeter's Henry Slade is also named as one of the four centres alongside Burgess, Saracens' Brad Barritt and Jonathan Joseph of Bath - there is no place for Luther Burrell or Danny Cipriani.
