Northern Ireland midfielder Sammy Clingan hopes to recover from injury and clinch a place in the squad for the Euro 2016 finals in France.
The former Nottingham Forest, Coventry City and Kilmarnock player, who is currently without a club, has a knee injury.
Northern Ireland start their preparations for the finals with a friendly against Latvia at Windsor Park on Friday night.
