Six Nations: Ireland flanker Chris Henry hopes to make an impact

Flanker Chris Henry plans to return from injury and play some part in Ireland's Six Nations title defence.

The Ulster back-row has been ruled out of the opening two games as he continues his recovery from a shoulder injury.
