Rugby World Cup 2023: Irish bid launched in Dublin

Ireland promote their bid for the 2023 Rugby World Cup with a video at Wednesday's official launch at the Aviva Stadium.

France and South Africa are also in the running to stage the tournament.

Ireland formally announced their bid in December 2014 and a final decision on the hosts will be made in November next year.
