'Ulster have to stay positive', says former fly half Ian Humphreys
Former Ulster fly-half Ian Humphreys believes that Ulster have to remain positive after being defeated 38-19 by Clermont Auvergne in the Champions Cup.
Humphreys, who retired at the end of last season, says that Ulster must take heart from their second half performance against the French side, in which Les Kiss' men lost 38-19.
Ulster face provincial rivals Connacht in a Pro12 game at the Kingspan Stadium on Friday night, before travelling to take on Munster on New Year's Eve.
