Eleven-year-old Antrim boy Alex Place has the honour of submitting Ireland's 2023 World Cup bid.
Alex won an IRFU competition to be handed the honour and he joined Ireland legend Brian O'Driscoll in Dublin.
World Rugby will decide in November whether Ireland, South Africa or France will host the tournament in six years.
