Dean Ryan: Dragons boss urges caution over potential return of crowds
Dragons director of rugby Dean Ryan says the return of crowds to sporting events should be guided by "people that see much more data than we do".
A maximum of 4,000 fans will be allowed at outdoor events in the lowest-risk areas when the four-week lockdown in England ends on 2 December.
