Toby Booth: Goalposts have moved' for the regions - Ospreys head coach

Ospreys head coach Toby Booth tells the BBC Scrum V podcast that the 'goalposts have moved' for the Welsh regions next season.

The four teams face a reduced budget as part of the new six-year financial agreement with the WRU.

Booth was speaking to BBC Scrum V's Lauren Jenkins, who told the Scrum V podcast afterwards that she feels the regions will struggle in the URC next season.
