David Watkins: The 'monumental career' of a dual-code great

Veteran sports journalist Peter Jackson marks the career of David Watkins - the only man to have captained the British and Irish Lions rugby union team and the Great Britain rugby league side.

Watkins, who starred at fly-half in union and stand-off in league, has died aged 81.
