'We need to be clear what is acceptable', says WRU chair Richard Collier-Keywood

Chair Richard Collier-Keywood says concerns remain over changing the culture within the Welsh Rugby Union.

He told Scrum V's Catrin Heledd he wants to see more women and younger people in positions of responsibility in Welsh rugby.

Collier-Keywood, appointed in July, also told the programme supporting Wales' four professional regions is "a massive priority".
