Sports Personality of the Year 2011 top 10: Mark Cavendish

Mark Cavendish has had a very successful 2011. He became Britain's first winner of the Tour de France green jersey which is the award for the race's best sprinter.

The Manxman also became Britain's first male world road race champion for 46 years which he says was "phenomenal".

Cavendish has now won 20 stages of the Tour in his career putting him sixth on the all-time list, and says getting the green jersey is the "pinnacle" of a sprinters career.
