Sports Personality of the Year top 10 contender Dai Greene reflects on his high point of 2011, when he claimed Britain's first gold of the Athletics World Championships.

The Welshman excelled in the 400m hurdles in South Korea and now holds the World, European and Commonwealth titles in this event.

The 25-year-old is hoping to add the Olympic title to his list of accolades next year when he could become just the fifth British athlete to win all athletics' major medals.
