Sports Personality: Jump jockey AP McCoy 'proud' of 4,000 wins

During the countdown to the 60th BBC Sports Personality of the Year award on Sunday 15 December, we will be looking at each of the 10 shortlisted contenders.

Sports Personality of the Year contender AP McCoy says keeping strong mentally as well as physically has allowed him to get to 4,000 wins.

McCoy became the first jump jockey to reach that number when he triumphed on Mountain Tunes at Towcester in November.
