British Open Squash final: Nicol David defeats Laura Massaro

England's Laura Massaro says she is disappointed by her defeat in the final of the British Open Squash Championships, but says she "gave it everything".

In a reverse of last year's final, Massaro lost to Malaysia's Nicol David 8-11 11-5 11-7 11-8.

Massaro will take a break before returning to training in July ahead of the Commonwealth Games.
