Brazilian Cesar Cielo breaks down in tears after gold win

Brazil's Cesar Cielo breaks down in a flood of tears after winning gold in the men's 50m butterfly at the World Championships in Shanghai.

Cielo was cleared by the Court of Arbitration for Sport last week after he and three team-mates tested positive for a banned diuretic.

The Brazilian finished in 23.10 seconds, ahead of Australian duo Matthew Targett and Geoff Huegill in second and third.
