British Championships: James Gibson welcomes qualifying changes

National Sprint coach James Gibson tells BBC Sport that England's new Commonwealth Games selection policy at this week's British Championships will benefit swimmers.

Gibson says the change means swimmers will not be guaranteed a place in the squad even if they win their event because selection is based on the ability to win medals.
