Adam Peaty: Olympic champion explains his Project 56

Adams Peaty successfully defended his world 100m breaststroke title in Budapest on Monday. Prior to doing that the Olympic breaststroke champion Adam Peaty explained Project 56, the new challenge he has set himself to surpass his own world record set at Rio 2016.
