'I turned having one arm into an advantage' - para taekwondo champion Bush

Matt Bush says because he was born with one arm, his first jiu jitsu club told him not to bother.

But the Welshman continued to do boxing, mixed martial arts and then para taekwondo. In 2019 he became Britain's first male taekwondo world champion.

Now the 32-year-old is hoping to qualify for his first Paralympics Games, as para taekwondo makes its debut in Tokyo.
