Tokyo 2020: 'Jade was who I aspired to be' - Tokyo-bound Lauren Williams

Taekwondo star Lauren Williams will join Jade Jones on the plane to Tokyo 2020 - nine years after the double Olympic champion inspired her to take up the sport.

The 22-year-old was watching London 2012 as a teenager on holiday with her parents in the family caravan.

She then decided to take up the sport and will now compete alongside Jones at the Olympic Games.
