I could have died, reveals Serena Williams

Defending Wimbledon champion Serena Williams tells BBC tennis correspondent Jonathan Overend she is surprised to be back in London to defend her title after suffering a pulmonary embolism in March

The number seven seed reveals doctors told her she could have died on the day she was admitted to hospital.
