Roger Federer wins ATP World Tour Finals for 70th title
Roger Federer wins a record sixth World Tour Finals, beating Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 6-3 6-7 (6-8) 6-3, external, to clinch his 70th career title at the O2 Arena in London.
Federer raced to the first set in 35 minutes and then served for the match in the second before the Frenchman fought back and won the tie-break to set up a decider.
The 16-time Grand Slam winner proved too strong in the third set, eventually taking it 6-3.
