Australian Open final 2013: Murray gracious in defeat

World number three Andy Murray congratulates Novak Djokovic on winning his third straight Australian Open title and describes the Serb as "a very well deserved champion".

Djokovic was the stronger man over the three hour and 40-minute final, winning 6-7 (2-7) 7-6 (7-3) 6-3 6-2.

Murray also thanks the "extremely fair crowd" for their support throughout the match.
