Wimbledon 2013: Serena Williams goes 32 games unbeaten

Top Seed Serena Williams extended her unbeaten run to 32 games after her 6-1 6-3 win over Mandy Minella of Luxembourg.

The 16-time Grand Slam Champion was up against an opponent who had never beaten a top 30 player or won a game on grass but Williams didn't have it all her own way, she lost her serve in the second game of the second set and looked to be taking her time adjusting to the grass courts of SW19.

Afterwards the American told BBC Sport: "I played so much on clay this year it meant the grass transition was harder than I expected."
