Number one seed Novak Djokovic says he hopes compatriot Nemanja Vidic can be in the players box if he reaches the Wimbledon final.

Manchester United captain Vidic was present to watch Djokovic's quarter-final win against Tomas Berdych and the Serb says he is his "lucky charm".

The 26-year-old jokes he could have been playing alongside Vidic for Red Star Belgrade as he had a trial there as a youngster, but he missed the trial and decided to focus on tennis.
