ATP World Tour Finals: Chris Kermode proud of O2 staging
Chris Kermode, managing director of the ATP World Tour Finals, tells BBC London he is proud of what has been achieved since the season-ending tournament was moved to the O2 Arena in Greenwich in 2009.
The London venue has a deal to stage the event until 2015 but, with top players such as Novak Djokovic calling for a new home, Kermode says there are "multiple views and issues" which need to be taken into consideration before a change is made.
Djokovic faces world number one Rafael Nadal in the final of the tournament on Monday.
Kermode, 48, is in the running to become the ATP's new chief executive and he describes the post as "a huge position" which "anyone would like to take".
