Roger Federer not 'match-fit' for ATP World Tour final

Roger Federer says he had to pull out of the ATP World Tour final against Novak Djokovic because he was "not match-fit".

The 33-year-old won a thrilling semi-final against Stan Wawrinka on Saturday - a match which lasted two hours and 48 minutes.
