Britain's Jonathan Brownlee defends his Sprint World Championships title in Lausanne, beating older brother Alistair for the first time.

The 21-year-old out-sprinted Spain's Javier Gomez to clinch victory.

Alastair Brownlee finished third and is now top of the rankings which decide the overall world title.
