Jonny Brownlee wins World Triathlon series

Jonny Brownlee completes a British double by winning the San Diego World Triathlon Series following Helen Jenkins' win in the women's event on Friday.

Brownlee, who was the favourite, says the victory is tempered by the fact that elder brother and reigning world champion Alistair was not racing because of an Achilles injury.

The 22-year-old adds, however, that the win bodes well for the London Olympics due to the similarities of the course.
