Jonny Brownlee crowned world champion in Auckland
Jonny Brownlee succeeds his older brother Alistair as triathlon world champion after coming second in the series finale in Auckland, New Zealand on Sunday.
The 22-year-old needed a podium finish to take the title, but still sprinted for the line with Spain's Javier Gomez for the honour of winning the final leg of the series.
Olympic gold medallist Alistair Brownlee was ruled out of defending his World Series title through early season injury.
