Leanda Cave: BBC Sport visits World Ironman champion

BBC Sport's Tim Hague visits World Ironman champion Leanda Cave at her training camp in Germany.

The Briton, 35, who has asthma and was recently diagnosed with skin cancer, became the first woman ever to win the Ironman and half-iron world titles in the same year in 2012.

Cave talks about her disappointment that Ironman is not an Olympic sport, and reveals her ambitions to add Commonwealth gold to the silver medal she won at the Games in 2002.
