Non Stanford: Triathlete targeting major medals after racing return

Former world champion triathlete Non Stanford says she still wants to win major medals after returning to racing for the first time since October 2019.

The 32-year-old finished seventh at the season opener of the World Triathlon Championship Series in Yokohama, Japan.

She described the build-up as the "worst 18 months of training ever" and feared she may not even be able to complete the race.
