Taekwondo: Jade Jones aims for world title in Mexico

Jade Jones is aiming to add the world title to the Olympic taekwondo gold she won in London 2012.

Jones, from Flint in north Wales, is in action in the World Taekwondo Championships in Mexico on Saturday, 20 July.

Wales Today's Ashleigh Crowter previews the challenge facing Jones, and how she has prepared for the thin atmosphere in the city of Puebla, which is situated at more than 7000 feet above sea level.
