Frankie Jones' smile was almost a permanent fixture in Glasgow as she wowed audiences and judges alike on her way to claiming six medals in rhythmic gymnastics.

After announcing her retirement at the age of 23, Jones is now looking to the future.

Back in the gym where she honed her talent, she talks about what it takes to succeed, a possible future in coaching and her "dream" Commonwealth Games.
