Team Sky: Geraint Thomas goes behind the scenes

It is one of the slickest operations in professional sport, where nothing is left to chance - Team Sky's training headquarters.

To celebrate being crowned BBC Cymru Wales Sports Personality 2014, Geraint Thomas gives Sport Wales an exclusive tour of the team's training facility in Mallorca.

He gives an insight into the team's nutritional plans, bike storage tips and advice on shaving those annoying leg hairs.
