When Alastair Campbell met his football idol Leighton James

Alastair Campbell once influenced world leaders and Prime Ministers.

Tony Blair's right-hand man in New Labour is a lifelong Burnley fan and was delighted to meet club legend and Wales international Leighton James for the BBC Sport Wales programme.

Campbell says he idolised James as a child, and now enjoys regularly watching his beloved side at Turf Moor.

Ahead of the Burnley v Swansea Premier League match, the left winger was keen to press the other sort of left winger for both his memories and a score prediction ahead of the game.
