Mark Hughes urges Gareth Bale not to leave Real Madrid

Stoke City manager Mark Hughes says Wales international Gareth Bale should stay in Spain with Real Madrid.

Bale, 25, has endured a difficult second season in Spain and following criticism from some supporters has been linked with a Premier League return.

Fellow Welshman Hughes spent a solitary season in Spain with Barcelona in the 1980s but believes Bale should stay in Madrid.
