Non Evans' Boot Camp: A return to Seven Sisters

In the second instalment of Non Evan's Boot Camp, Wales' record international points scorer returns to Seven Sisters Rugby Club to see how the team is doing.

After putting the girls through a gruelling training session and then setting them a strict diet plan, Non catches up with them ahead of their match against Pencoed.

BBC Sport Wales will be following the team as Non helps them get fitter, eat healthier and get stronger mentally.
