Olympics 2016: Welsh judo's golden girl Natalie Powell in Rio bid

Only three Welsh women have won gold in the history of the Olympic Games.

Sport Wales went to meet one of Wales' leading ladies hoping for success in Rio - the Commonwealth judo champion Natalie Powell.
