BBC Wales Sport meets the Welsh teenagers aiming for archery gold

The top two archers in Wales have a combined age of 31 and they are competing in the Welsh National Indoor Championship this weekend.

Newtown's Ryan Pinder, 17, is also the top-ranked male junior in Britain and Thea Rogers, who's 14 and from Cwmbran, won the senior event last year with a new Welsh record.
