BBC Wales Sport meets Jake Heyward, the rising star of Welsh athletics

BBC Wales Sport meets 1,500m runner Jake Heyward, the rising star of Welsh athletics.

Heyward, 17, was named Young Sportsman of the Year at the Wales Sport Awards in December.

Now he is aiming to represent Wales at the 2018 Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast, Australia.
