Judo: Powell is like 'a new person' without Rio pressure
Not having to compete with the pressure of Olympic selection has made Welsh judoka Natalie Powell "feel like a new person".
Powell, 26, says having to beat off competition from British team-mate and London 2012 silver medallist Gemma Gibbons to win her place in Rio took its toll on her mentally.
The 2014 Commonwealth champion competes in the European Championships on Saturday.
