Welsh 'sporting heritage' could help Giro bid - Ken Skates

Welsh Economy Secretary Ken Skates is hopeful of hosting a stage of the Giro d'Italia cycling race.

Representatives from race owners RCS attended the Tour of Britain finale in Cardiff last weekend, as part of early negotiations.
