World Beach Games: 'How climbing fixed the holes in my heart'

Ahead of representing Team GB at the first World Beach Games in Doha, Emily Phillips tells BBC Sport Wales how climbing helped heal the holes in her heart.

The 16-year-old had open heart surgery when she was three months old. As a child she was encouraged to do lots of sport to help ensure her heart grew more healthily.

Phillips started climbing when she was five and now wants to qualify for the sport's debut Olympic Games appearance in 2020.
