Jarrod Evans says Welsh rugby turmoil has been 'like nothing I've seen before'

Outgoing Cardiff fly-half Jarrod Evans tells the BBC Scrum V podcast this season's turmoil in Welsh rugby has been "like nothing I've seen before".

The 26-year-old - who will join Harlequins next season after nine years at Cardiff - compared the drama over the game's new financial framework and player contracts to a "Netflix series".
