Winter Olympics 2014: The need for speed in the skeleton

BBC Sport's Tanya Arnold speaks to British skeleton duo Shelley Rudman and Kristan Bromley as they prepare for next year's Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.

Rudman is the reigning world champion and a 2006 Olympic silver medallist, while her team-mate and fiance Bromley won the world and European title in 2008. The pair have spent the summer in the gym and on the ice getting fit and improving their starts at the top of the track.

Bromley says their main aim is to be "fitter and faster" by the time the Games start on 6 February, and Rudman thinks it will be "amazing" if she can represent Great Britain at her third Olympic Games.
