Shelley Rudman 'really proud' after becoming world skeleton champion

Shelley Rudman says she is "really proud" at becoming the first British woman to win skeleton gold in the world championships on Friday.

Wiltshire-based Rudman claimed victory in four minutes 38.60 seconds in the fourth and final run at St Mortiz, Switzerland.

Rudman admits she "didn't expect" to take gold, but is already focusing towards next year's Winter Olympics in Sochi.
