Anthony Ogogo out of Floyd Mayweather-Saul Alvarez card

Olympic bronze medallist Anthony Ogogo has been forced to pull out of a fight on next month's Floyd Mayweather Junior v Saul Alvarez undercard.
A "niggly injury" has prevented the 24-year-old Lowestoft boxer from competing in Las Vegas on 14 September.
An opponent had yet to be named for what would have been the middleweight's fourth professional bout.
"I've made the hard decision to pull out of this one and focus on getting fit," he told BBC Radio Suffolk., external
"I could have had injections in it but it's only my fourth fight and I don't want to be going down that road too soon.
"It's a hard decision but I think the right decision.
"I'm going to take a little bit of rest and try and get a couple more fights in before the end of the year, probably both in England.
"I want to get as good as possible as quickly as possible and be in big fights myself - not fighting on a Mayweather undercard but on an Ogogo [headlined bill] defending world titles."
Ogogo has won all three of his fights, two by stoppage, since signing with Golden Boy Promotions and turning professional earlier this year.
