WBO light-welterweight champion on BBC Radio 5 Live
Molly has improved a hell of a lot since the last time I saw her. She did very well, gave a good account of herself and looks like a couple of fights and she could definitely fight for a title.
Katie Taylor has said fighting at Croke Park "would be the icing on the cake" of her career.
The undisputed light-welterweight champion closed the door on her rivalry with Amanda Serrano at New York's Madison Square Garden in July with a vintage performance in victory to complete a clean sweep of their trilogy.
Taylor has not been drawn on her future since, but instead has "been relaxing at home with family".
Although there is no definitive answer as to what, if anything, is next, the Irishwoman has left the door ajar for a return with the GAA stadium in Dublin high on her wish list.
"The one fight I really, really want is at Croke Park. That would top off my career so well," Taylor told Matchroom Boxing's Flash Knockdown podcast.
"There's been so much talk over the past few years but I'm still clinging onto the hope that one day I can fight there. It would be the icing on the cake for me."
McCann wins professional debut
Molly McCann on DAZN after her professional win: "It's been a brilliant week, I've had fun. There's been valuable learning lessons and I relaxed a little bit. I've gone 18 months without a win so there was a bit of pressure. It was nice and I started to relax every round. I hurt her a few times and it's getting used to being a pro.
"Taking the shots isn't as bad as taking kicks and knees. There was some belief in my shots. I was trying to be like Tony Bellew. Last time I boxed was 2009, so it wasn't so bad."
On Radomska's attempted kick: "You cheeky....."

Molly McCann's hand is raised in the air as the result is made official.
She's all smiles in the ring, and who could blame her?

I think she thought that was easier than expected. She almost knocked her out but then relaxed into it. Her boxing brain came into play and she started to look like a seasoned pro in there.
McCann v Radomska
The towel is in from Radomska's corner!
McCann was landing blows and had her opponent in her corner.
It's a winning start for Meatball Molly!
McCann v Radomska
There's some wild swings from both fighters as McCann looks to finish this, and the Polish fighter tries to respond.
McCann v Radomska
Two minutes to go.
Will McCann see this one out?
It was a big hit on the side of Radomska's head that sent her to the canvas.
In her corner, McCann is told she is five rounds up and not to do anything silly.
McCann v Radomska
To her credit, the Polish fighter has shown some resilience here but all the work is being done by McCann.
McCann v Radomska
Meatball Molly lands a bit blow and Radomska is on the canvas!
She beats the count and is back on her feet, but this is one-way traffic now!

Molly is calming down well. She is cutting the ring off well and she's not trying to rush in and force a stoppage, which is quite impressive.
McCann v Radomska
It's a strong finish from McCann as she has Radomska back in the corner.
McCann v Radomska
Radomska lands a punch but McCann is very much the aggressor at the moment. She's on the front foot and trying to put the pressure on.
McCann v Radomska
Meatball Molly rattles out of the traps and tries to pin Radomska in the corner from the start.
Let's just say she is fired up.
McCann v Radomska
McCann has a few words for her Polish opponent after the bell, which I'm sure was about that bizarre incident in the previous round.
That was the tightest round of the bunch so far.
McCann v Radomska
That's better from Radomska, who lands a strong right hook.
There's a swing and a miss from McCann as she looks for a response.
That was all a bit bizarre.
But you have to say it's another dominant round for McCann.
McCann v Radomska
It's a brighter start for Radomska but it isn't long before McCann is back on the front foot again.
Molly McCann is the one with the UFC background, but did Radomska just lift a leg towards McCann?
There's a strange pause before McCann is back on the attack.
Referee Hugh Russell Jr lets things flow.
