    Usyk v Dubois 2

Daniel Dubois certainly sounded confident when talking at the news conference yesterday.

"Right now I just want to get it on. I'm going to write my own script. They've got their script and I'll write my own. I'm going to win these belts and I'm going to be the man."

I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for any further heavyweight activity today after spotting Joseph Parker at yesterday's news conference.

I did receive an email last night from Queensberry to say Tyson Fury had been confirmed for Saturday's 'Box Fest 3' at BoxPark'

It's essentially a meet and greet with a Q&A and a sports memorabilia auction. Parker, Moses Itauma, Conor Benn and Dave Allen are among the other faces on the poster.

Safe to assume Fury will be heading over the Wembley after?

  5. Will Usyk and Dubois come in lighter?published at 15:13 British Summer Time 18 July

    Bobbie Jackson
    BBC Sport at BoxPark Wembley

Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois have both been through body transformations since they last met in 2023.

Usyk weighed 15st 10lb on that occasion but was a career heavy 16st 2lb when last seen against Tyson Fury - a huge jump up from his final bout at cruiserweight (14st 1lb) in 2018.

Dubois trimmed down to 16st 9lb for that bout in Poland - the first time he'd been under 17st since 2018. But he was a career heavy 17st 10lb in his most recent bout against Anthony Joshua.

Just like Wednesday’s open workout, there are a few Ukraine flags hanging over the balcony above the stage where the fighters will weigh-in shortly.

There’s one bloke with an Oleksandr Usyk T-shirt who has just been flexing his muscles for the camera.

  11. We're delayed... againpublished at 15:06 British Summer Time 18 July

Daniel Dubois tends to keep it lowkey when it comes to his attire - comfort above all else with a tried and trusted tracksuit and baseball cap combination.

But Oleksandr Usyk never misses a chance to get on his best clobber for these fight week events - yesterday's white robe and black fur hat was another classic look.

The biggest fight in the UK - possibly the world - this year is just over 24 hours away but you wouldn't know it walking around Olympic Way in the shadow of the Wembley arch.

There are no billboards advertising the undisputed contest and the LED screen on Wembley has been rotating between next week's Oasis gigs and a NFL game scheduled in October.

On Wednesday, I even heard two people saying "there must be someone famous round the corner" as hundreds of boxing fans ran out of the open workout at BoxPark to try and catch Oleksandr Usyk exiting through the back door and getting into his car.
